Marold Pigg Awarded 2005 Grand Champion Auctioneer
Marold Pigg, President of Advantage Auction & Realty, Inc., earned the title of the 2005 Grand Champion Auctioneer in the state of Alabama. The competition is conducted annually during the Alabama Auctioneer's Association annual convention.
The competition is open to any auctioneer member who has not won the title in the past. The auctioneers competing are judged in introduction, initial command, poise, appearance, body language, eye contact, survey of crowd, bid spotting, clarity, speed, rhythm, timing and the judges willingness to hire the auctioneer to conduct a sale.
