10% down day of auction (non-refundable) remainder due within 30 days. All property is selling "As-is". Seller to pay for deed and prorated current year's property taxes. The Buyer will pay all other costs, including closing costs. There will be a 5% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid to determine final contract price. Both homes were built prior to 1978 and may, or may not, contain lead-based paint. You may have them inspected, at your cost, up to 10 days prior to auction date.
